Las Marianas is a cozy hotel just four blocks from the Bariloche Civic Center. Skiers, hikers, cyclists and adventurers from all over the world define it as the perfect hub for their mountain pursuits.
The owners serve a warm and healthy breakfast, fruit, eggs, cereal, bread, cakes and jams made by Mariana, amidst suggestions for daily outings in the area. Las Marianas has been hosting travelers for over a decade with unmatched friendly attention founded on quality and simplicity.
The hotel is aesthetically nice and has a good location within everything since it is close to the civic center and away from noise, what we did not like was that they did not want to change our towels in 3 days, there was no television, there were strange smells in some sectors, the somewhat abrupt and cold treatment of the girls, not to mention a very kind man who attended us on the last day... the price seemed a bit expensive for what is offered, we hope they can resolve those points.-
Beautiful boutique hotel. Personalized attention, full homemade breakfast. Minimum detail: at least the room we had would benefit from a slightly larger bathroom.
For the price you can get something better! There is no TV in the rooms, they are small, the bathroom is very tight. Breakfast very limited and early. The owner is somewhat surly with some tourists (We think it was because we were Chilean, let's hope not). No more than 3 cars can fit in the parking lot.
Beautiful hotel, very clean, they treated us very well, there is always water at reception and an electric kettle for mate. The breakfast is by far the richest in Bariloche, it shows that they make everything with a lot of love
The hotel is very nice and the rooms are spacious. But as for breakfast hours, it is very limited (8-9:30), most people who travel for leisure want to rest and not get up so early. Another issue is also the cleaning service, it is done every 3 days. At least they could change the towels. Another issue is that it does not have parking for guests, and with the insecurity that exists, one does not feel comfortable leaving the car on the street. Also for the price they charge per night the rooms could have air conditioning and television. I feel that for the price per night one could go somewhere else that does have what was mentioned above.
It's prettier than it looks in photos. The attention is great, the owners serve you breakfast that is super rich and varied. It is super close to the center and every corner of the hotel is full of beautiful details. I recommend 100%
We had reserved for 3 days, but after one night we decided to change hotels even though we had already paid. Why: extremely small rooms and beds, dust and hair in the bed (very nasty) and very noisy. So we hardly slept.Positive: breakfast
The attention of the owners and employees is perfect, the breakfast too, there is a lack of light and maintenance in the bathroom, and there are no dark curtains in the room, it is still a very nice inn.
We stayed at the hotel for a week, the experience was a ten. Everyone, absolutely everyone, is very friendly. It is a hotel that inspires homeliness and love.Thank you Marianas, and thank you Luis for being so attentive to us. 🫶🤍🎀
Very nice hotel, excellent location although it has a slope that becomes complicated if there is ice or snow. The rooms are neat but small and lack some details
Nice place, very friendly staff, always attentive to answering our questions. The delicious, homemade breakfast. Heated place (very hot inside in winter). The comfortable, clean room. Near the center, the only critical thing is that it is on a slope 🤣.
It really is a beautiful place, with warmth both aesthetically and from the attention of all the staff and also its owner. Very well located. Full breakfast. We had a great time.
We stayed at Marianita, the cabin is very comfortable. A very pleasant stay. We had a park with a grill. A very complete kitchen with a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave refrigerator. No detail is missing. The staff extremely friendly. breakfast a real treat. The apple cake croissants are incredible.
Towels and sheets are changed only every 4 days.It does not have air conditioning, on hot days like the ones we were on, at least a fan was needed.Breakfast hours are reduced, from 8 to 9:30 a.m.When I complained by phone from the airport that the requested transfer was not available, the owner of the hotel was disrespectful, she told me to find another hotel, unacceptable treatment for a client. In the rooms you can hear noises from the breakfast room and other rooms. The mattress in the room we had is expired, causing back pain. There are better hotels for the same money. This hotel scammed many people by charging extra charges or taxes that did not correspond and its owners attacked several clients. Now they buy positive comments to improve the rating.
Good location, very good service. A hotel without luxuries, one of the old ones. Served by its owners, very friendly, you breathe warmth, good quality-price ratio.
Horrible experience. I give it one star because 0 is not possible. There was an error with the reservation and instead of 1 room, they charged 2 and we had to put the surplus, and how cheap it is not either. They never recognized the mistake and on top of that they treat you with contempt. It says breakfast included but they charge you for it (9k per person)Do not come.
Good attention. It fulfills the purpose of being a central place, just to sleep and have breakfast. VERY EXPENSIVE for what it offers. It must be in the top ten of the most expensive inns in the world. It is noted that it is designed exclusively for foreigners or multimillionaire Argentines.
Our stay was very good. We went in January 2022. We had a delay of an hour and a half when entering the room since the sheets had not arrived from the laundry. The treatment of all the staff is very good, they are very helpful and available. It has a very good location. He highlighted the excellent breakfast they offer. There is a lot of variety, including scrambled eggs, jam, cake and homemade puddings. I recommend it and would choose them again.
The hotel felt like if you were staying at someone's house. The rooms were very cozy and nice. We experienced poor tv signal, which was not appreciated by our little ones. The hotel's city view was great. Great location. There were a couple living rooms and there was a game room where you could go and play games. We liked it's close proximity to the city because we went walking to the ice skating rink and to get dinner.
Unlike the hotel owners the staff was welcoming and tried to help in everything. We had reservations for two nights for two rooms and six days later we had to return for another two nightsWhen we came to pay for the first two nights the hotel owners charged us for the four nights and refused to give us a receipt. When we returned for the last two nights we turned to her and said that others hotels in Argentina had taken into account the new law enacted in Argentina and took forty percent less in the price. She refused and said that she takes the full price and does not consider the new law. we did not argue.when we made check out and went to our car she came in front of us and and made obscene gestures to us.My friend went to her and asked whyIn response her husband came out and pushed my friend. We are traveling all over the world. It's first time I encountered such behavior. That's why I don't recommend this hotel
What an amazing and very personal service at this hotel! We enjoyed the small 'house' behind the hotel with a family of 4. The room was nice and cozy. Service was genuine and kind! Good tips and assitance!!
The rooms are clean and the owners are amazing. The breakfast is great and fresh. The rooms are on the small side, but the owners will allow you to store gear (bags, skis, boots, etc.) in the sitting area near the lobby. Great place to stay for all your adventures in Bariloche!
Wanderfull Place. Climate both ways, temperature, Kindness Family place. Quite, peacefull, Silent, Greet, Big trees, kitchen, anything for cooking, TV, good wifi, See Mountains throw the windows, many windows in all rooms.Water, you can drink the water, seriusly.Near the center, we go twice a day with our two kids.Safe neighborhood!
Very sad with this hotel and with booking. I will start to write a review abou what happened with me. Because of COVID, the air company canceled my flight and the hotel “Las Marianas” charged my credit card the full amount US$ 660.
Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, walking distance to downtown. The rooms are small so if you need some space it may not be the best fit, but we were always out exploring so it didn't matter.
