First impression in the lobby was good. However, Room on the ground flour smelled bad. Towels were the worst - old, grey and with stains. Blankets/duvets without cover, and also with yellow stains. Breakfast bad.Good location of the hotel.

Excellent location, hotel is simple but nice, pleasant, the rooms, at least the one I had, are good, spacious, it is true that the mattress is not so comfortable, but it works well, simple breakfast, I don't know if it is worth it, the facilities do have details, paint , floor, wall, bathroom everything works but little humidity. But if I highlight the excellent attention of the receptionists, I give that 10/10. I would return without hesitation, thank you.

Excellent location. The service was very good because they gave us a choice between two rooms. No noise since it is a very privileged location. Price and quality ratio for the area is very convenient
Disastrous experience!!! It looks like Hotel Transylvania because of how old it is and the musty smell. The night we arrived it was very late and we just wanted to take a bath and go to bed, the shower was dismantled, the bathroom was disgustingly dirty and smelly, and to top it all off we got a towel with a blood stain on it.The mattress was a single hole, the truth is that the only drinkable thing about the hotel was the breakfast. It's a one star hotel, maximum 2. It's not really worth it.

Very well located, the lobby is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only details: 1/ the bathroom screen is very small, it always floods; and 2/ the elevator is very old, a couple of times someone forgot to close the door and I had to go up the stairs. PS. The bed is not a full size, it is a queen.

The only good thing it's the location. Choose another place. Cockroaches, old towels and the night attendant tried to give us the worst room in the hotel by saying it was a "new" addition. Everything in the room was falling apart and the 9th floor has no elevator access. We found cockroaches multiple times during our stay.The location is great, but not worth the stay.

THEY CANCELED MY RESERVATIONS 3HS BEFORE CHECK-IN, ON OCT 10/13, 2024, HAVING RESERVED 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE, WHEN I ARRIVED AT THE HOTEL THEY SAID THEY NO LONGER HAD ANY ROOM AVAILABLE. Upon check-in on the first day they charged a fee to take care of the room keys and said it would be returned upon check-out. On the last day the receptionist could not make this return and asked for 5 days for it to be done automatically. As it was time for the transfer to arrive, I trusted but requested WhatsApp to talk if necessary. I waited 5 days, the refund did not occur, I was left with the debit on the credit card and they did not respond to me until today. Neglect.

Super quiet room, the building has two blocks and the back block completely separates you from the noise.Very well located, it has an excellent quality-price ratio. The truth is that I looked for a 4-star hotel expecting a comfortable place after 10 hours of traveling and I found myself with the worst mattress I ever slept on in my life. Old and of very poor quality, you really can't sleep because it's so uncomfortable. I have to change position every few minutes because it sinks and you feel the structure. In addition to this, the room does not have a telephone to call reception.

Disastrous experience. The room had nothing to do with what we had contracted. The bathroom cistern did not work, the elevator did not reach the room floor, you do not enter the shower and it falls apart, the mattresses are unusable. We talked about it and they didn't do much. The second day they offered us the next room and the mattresses were even worse. We couldn't even shower well or rest.

On July 13, 2024, we stopped at this hotel. I had to take my daughter to the eye doctor. I had booked with the market payment card. When the receptionist arrives, he passes the physical card through the posnet. When I leave the hotel for breakfast, I realize that they had charged me twice. I went back and told the receptionist, I told him to consult Administration, it's very simple, if the same charge appears twice on the account in the name of the same person, it means that one is mine. We asked for a triple room, they gave us a double bed and a single bed (the double bed was 2 beds joined together, very uncomfortable). The heating is a cold air heat that did not blow hot air, and the hair dryer did not work, I asked for another one and they told me that they did not have it and that it would take them a long time to fix the one that was in the room...without words. ...I consulted with other families who went and the same thing happened in the other rooms. The heating didn't work and neither did the dryer. It is solved with so little!!Cleaning is not excellent either, the bathroom floods since the screen is small....We went to rest and I had to dress warmly to sleep... a shame, because the hotel is nice and well located.It does not have a bar open outside of breakfast hours, it is not a 4-star hotel.....The people who serve are very friendly.I would not go back.

A total disaster. We hire by booking. We were there from 8 to 10 (2 nights) there was low voltage, we couldn't watch TV, the splits didn't turn on, we were cold. Another family who claimed they were taken to another hotel. The breakfast is outsourced, a disaster, the coffee is cold and the service is expensive.Excellent staff!!! I congratulate you because you have to stand up and endure all the insults!!

Bad attention.I booked via booking and they told me that my card “was not enabled” which I am using completely normally.I called the hotel to see why they had canceled my reservation and the answers were not clear, and they told me that booking canceled the reservation. To which, I asked if there was a possibility of booking outside of that company and they told me yes, but only transfer and then that it couldn't be done because the hotel was already full and they didn't have a room, at the same time I was talking on the phone I looked at booking and found availability, but a more expensive room than the one I had initially chosen, the answers were not clear, the service was very bad, we asked to speak to a superior and he ended up offering us a room in a hotel called SUM and 50% more expensive than what we had booked here. Anyway... a very bad Creole revival, and a terrible response via telephone. Thank goodness we didn't book because now looking at the comments from people who did stay and they talk about the poor cleaning.

The bathrooms are a disaster, too small, you have no way to bathe and not get the entire bathroom floor wet, the TV has 4 crazy channels that you can see all in the rain, the wifi is the worst!! You end up using your cell phone data because the hotel's phone never works, you can see the finishes of the building are of very poor quality, if you ask for a double bed they put two single beds together and put a large mattress on top which sinks into the Medium, the breakfast and the location of the hotel help them a lot. It is really very far from being a 4 star hotel, it only has four stars when paying for the room.

I am giving two stars only because of the location. The employees are very impolite and consider everyone knows Spanish. Rooms are very dirty, old and ruined. Mixed feelings here!The Hotel and the common areas are good value, the rooms are very nice for the price.However standard in Argentina when it comes to meeting in my case European standards... They trip over...At some point at 7am I found myself listening to some guy in the counter explaining me what was his position and therefore (I understand relevance) I found that childish and unprofessional. However manager seemed to understand a bit better and the guy who welcomed me first did a good jod too and was friendly.As leaving later on from NH 9 de Julio, for just a few more bucks you realise how much a hotel like this could gain just with the proper staff training.Literally is the best feedback I can leave, it's all good, people are good hearted nothing wrong here, but if they could understand what's like to be consistent and have everyone on the same page, could for sure be one of the best Value around.

Good location, with bus access to almost the entire city but there is no metro nearby. a super quiet street, with supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes, lottery (to buy bus card recharge and close to Av. Santa Fé and Arenales, two major arteries in the city of Buenos Aires.

First, the staff is totally ignorant; when i was demanding an invoice the person on the reception desk said it would be prepared later that day; when i cane later, another person said it would be ready in the evening; when i asked in the evening they said "tomorrow upon check out". When i was checking out they promised to send it by e-mail. However, after two prompting by e-mail from my side, i have not get even an answer, far to say an invoice. And i need this piece of document because i was on the business trip (leisure included).Second, the room No 201, just above the main entrance is nothing special and far away from value for money. The lavatory is too small and almost disfunctional. But, the most important, wc bowl is totally disfunctional because you cannot sit on it without the lid fall on your back! Horrible!Too expansive regarding the ignirance of the staff and the quality of facilities!However, the location is quite good: there is an excelkent Josephina's cafe close to the hotel; the Colon theatre and the Avenue of 9th of July is on the walking distance. The street around the hotel is quiet!

The location of the hotel is the only good thing to highlight. The bed was reasonable but with the sheet torn. The chest didn't work.The bathroom is correct with the bare minimum, but very old towels that are almost torn, insufficient ventilation and there is no way to prevent the shower from getting the floor wet.The elevator is small, noisy, stops abruptly and only for two people, which causes delays.The attention at reception was not friendly and there was confusion about the rates.From the entrance, the hotel looks modern, but it is an old building that has been poorly recycled.The breakfast left a lot to be desired.What the hotel website shows does not match reality, it is not a 4-star hotel: it pretends to be something it is not.I would not go again or recommend, it was very expensive for the services and quality obtained.

We stayed for 5 days, with 3 people at this hotel, and we were very well treated by the reception, cleaning and breakfast staff. Points for improvement: more lighting in the room and the issue of the bathroom flooding (which is a complaint about hotels in general in Buenos Aires).I had a problem with my mattress and they promptly exchanged it for a better one.We received a complimentary breakfast, which served us very well.Its location is also excellent. And I felt safe.I didn't use it, but they have the possibility of exchanging money at reception.It's good value for money.

It is a good area near the Obelisk, the street is very noisy despite not being an avenue.The buffet breakfast was average and down, one day we were without water in the entire hotel, that was very weak.We asked for a room for 4, they prepare it for two, both towels and towels.Quite old elevator and for two people, the loud noise it makes scares you.

The best of the hotel is the location. The breakfast provided through a concessionaire is not very varied, better are the surrounding cafes. They should change the elevator, it is super old, other than that everything is fine. I recommend buying through their same page, they don't charge you extra if you do and it's cheaper than booking.

The location of the hotel was what I liked the most. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to everything; nice places around.My deluxe room was clean and spacious, it had a hairdryer; minibar, TV and a beautiful balcony.The bad thing is that the queen bed was two small beds pushed together. The shower flower was moving which made it difficult to bathe. The elevator is super noisy and violent at stops; only for two people which caused some delay.The attention at reception from some people was not friendly and the check in was super late [15 hrs].The entrance is very modern, but you can see later in the room area that it is an old building.We paid for breakfast there, it was cheap all in all, 3 thousand pesos but the quality left a lot to be desired.I wouldn't go again, it seemed expensive compared to the services I got.

The excellent room, complete and large! The bath water with enough pressure is also nice. The only minor detail is that you can hear conversations and noises from the other rooms, but it's still good for sleeping. The truth is that the Hotel surprised me because it was so beautiful!!

I don't know where to communicate so they can send me the bill for my stay!! I sent 3 e-mails, I sent a message through Booking, I sent messages through WhatsApp, I called and they did not give me any answer or answer the phone.I traveled for work 2 months ago and I need to check my stay at the hotel, A DISASTER!!

Very bad experience, we had countless problems (some quite serious). The person who was at the reception at night did not provide any solution and did not even show empathy. The room and the toilet leave a lot to be desired, the noise from the street and from the other rooms makes it difficult to rest. The wifi is pitiful. The only good thing is the breakfast and the neighborhood.I do not recommend it at all and I do not understand how it can be 4 stars, some were given away.

The truth is a disappointment, the safe in my room was not working and my parents' safe was broken and they did not have a master key to open it, luckily I returned later and was able to wait for maintenance. In my room the air conditioning didn't work, neither did the cistern and the TV was pretty bad. My grandmother, who is 70, was put on the 9th floor, although the elevator only goes to 8. In her room, they had no shampoo, they had no place to put toilet paper, and in the shower there was a brown patch that had a horrible smell and we never found out what it was. The elevator is very old, only 2 people enter and the door closes badly so sometimes you have to go up the stairs to that floor to close the door. Half of the rooms do not have a hair dryer and the pillows are very uncomfortable. The only good thing is the breakfast but the truth is that the hotel leaves a lot to be desired.

I took a bottle of water out of the fridge and drank it, but they asked me to pay 950 pesos. Isn't a bottle of water usually a service? Anyway, I drank very expensive bottled water. Most of all, the bathroom was very uncomfortable. When I take a shower, there is no shower curtain, so all the water splashes, and the sink is too small, so I don't even have to wipe it. Hair on the floor of the first room you enter. I wondered if it was really cleaned. Three beds in a large room. There was no desk I really needed. Anyway, for the price, it was a bit poor. Oh, I can hear the voices from the next room, so it's not soundproof.

The staff, breakfast and location of the hotel is great. However, the hotel is very old, so the elevator can only fit 3 people, which in high season may take a while to carry the luggage or have to climb the stairs. The rooms are always clean, however if you take the standard double (with 3 single beds and 1 double bed) be aware that the bathroom is only on the top floor and has very thin walls, so you will need to be more intimate with the person to feel good using this room. In addition, as it is an old place, I have some suggestions: put lights in the upper room, because only the lampshades cannot be seen inside the wardrobe, which makes it difficult to pick up clothes; put hooks to hang the towels, we need to hang 5 towels on the handrails of the stairs inside the room so the towel doesn't get stinky; the bathroom does not have an exhaust fan, which made it difficult to use it many times. For those who will rent a car or go to Buenos Aires by car, they do not have parking and do not recommend parking on the street during the day because it is fined and at night (rarely) it can happen to steal the car, so we had to pay about $4000- 7000 pesos per night for parking.

I reserved a room on Booking. My understanding from the ad on Booking and confirmation received that I could pay at the hotel in local currency. I was shocked when I got there to find out they already had charged my card which almost doubled the amount offered on Booking and the charge was not even shown that it was a Booking. When I told the agent that they was not right to charge my card and my reservation was to pay at hotel in the local currency, the agent was rude and lied to me and said that it needed not to be a restricted rate, however this did not say that on Booking. And since I argued about it, she gave us a room on the first floor, facing the street and above the door. It was loud and I could hear people coming in as well as people talking outside all night. And although the hotel is in a good area in Buenos Aires, the entrance and lobby looks very nice with fashionable furniture, the hotel room was not that clean, it had molds in certain areas, and the sheets were so thin and lose that they did not stay in place. At least the room I was in, needs some upgrade.

Even though indicated payment not possible in ARS but only in USD!, after getting in contact with front desk and sending an email they never replied… they lied straight to my face, dirty (a lot of hair from previous costumers), old, needs renovation, the double lock of the door did not work, roomservice didnt provide soup or enough toilette paper for the longer stay, …

The hotel is in an excellent location and the service was great. Very attentive personnel and always willing to help. However, the rooms are in a total state of dereliction. While the hotel appears to be under renovation, we were moved through several rooms and even the renovated ones were appalling. The baths are awful. Truly horrible. There is no detailing at all, with cracks everywhere, bad painting and worse finishes. The shower head falls the minute one opens the faucet. The bedding barely covers the mattress. The carpet in one of the rooms was old and stained. The elevator is in shambles. The lobby and breakfast area are the only places that are semi-decent. The online pictures are deceptive. This hotel is is dire need of a true renovation.

The hotel is old and dirty. A/C didn't work well and was super noisy. Our room had dirty underwear from previous guests hanging in the shower. Bed linen was not clean, in a white fabric with stains. DON'T RECOMMEND AT ALL.

Only stayed one night and didnt get breakfast but very clean room with all the facilities you need. Gentleman at reception recomened a very nice pizza place, Santa Fe 1234, which was a top recommendation. Close to airport too.

The hotel still tries to show off new looks, like renovated bathrooms. But the building is old, so the facilities are outdated; if you press the discharge, the cold water disappears in the shower. It's awful. The good point is the great location in the downtown, close to restaurants and sights.

Unfortunately a run down hotel where there is no hot water at 5 am. No kettle to make tea of coffee. Window in the bathroom does not ope. The elevator is only for the brave-hearted and the reception desk mostly graced with an air of disinterest. In a few days i will stay at another of UNIQUE HOTEL properties and i hope to rate that property more favourable

advertised free airports shuttle.. no such thing also advertised as a 4 star hotel.. nowhere near 4 stars. rooms and doors were ver bad condition. elevator is a 3 person elevator from the 50s.. wouldn't pay more that 40 dollars a night here
We originally booked a room in another hotel of the same chain. Once we arrived, we were told that the had issues with the booking system and we're overbooked (we soon learned this happens often). They changed us to this hotel which they explained was an "upgrade". If this hotel was an upgrade from the original one, then I might as well have stayed under a bridge. The sheets were stained, the room was humid and poorly equipped, the shower was LITERALLY put together with TAPE. The heating didn't work, the toilet wouldn't flush right. DO NOT STAY HERE
