The room is very comfortable, with some general defects but they are understandable due to the passage of years. However, it maintains a very beautiful French style decoration in all spaces. Quality-price ratio is excellent. Highly recommended.The truth is a bad experience. The attention is nothing out of this world. The room a disaster. The pillows were uncomfortable, the shower leaked abundant water when closed and the toilet leaked water from the bottom. It's a shame because the location is very good but I really don't recommend it. At least I'm not coming back.Everything is disgusting, the hotel is super poorly maintained, they ask for your credit card information, things don't work well and the rooms are super poorly maintained, everything is super old and they don't know how to maintain it well, the only good thing about it is the locationThe location and breakfast are excellent, but the rooms left a lot to be desired. I had to ask for padding and they only gave me another microfleece blanket.Both the made bed and the Barbie hair dryer they gave me seemed more worthy of a telo than a 4 star.The breakfast is VERY EXPENSIVE but in front is Cafe Martinez, very good.The area is VERY unsafe, not being close to the obelisk is good.The hotel costs 80,000 Argentine pesos per night, the television did not work, the telephone did not work, so if you had a complaint you had to go to the reception.They didn't have toothpaste, conditioner, or comb to sell.The air conditioning made a lot of noise and practically did not blow anything. The room flooded when we tried to turn on the bathtub. The view overlooked an abandoned building.I do not recommend them, it is preferable to rent cheaper and better through Airbnb.I wanted to give my opinion because I see all the bad reviews and I don't understand why. It is the second time we have seen them and they are super friendly, the hotel is super nice and clean. Zero problems with anything.
